TOURNAMENT
Rules of Play:

Each participating group have to play
6 games in the Elimination period
Each group should choose a country and stick to it until the end of the
tournament
The game’s duration is for 1 hour during the Elimination period and half
an
hour during the Semi-Finals and the Finals
Each winning group from the 4 different internet cafés will qualify to
the
Semi-Finals
Each group from the 4 qualifying groups will play the game for half an hour
The group who wins 2 out of 3 games will qualify to the Finals
Only 2 groups will qualify to the Finals
The 2 qualifying groups will play maximum 5 games, each for half an hour
The group who wins 3 games out of 5, will be the declared the ORO COMMANDERS

Rules of Play:
Each participating group have to play 6 games in the Elimination period ending December 28, 2004
Each group should choose a country and stick to it until the end of the tournament
The game’s duration is for 1 hour during the Elimination period and half an hour during the Finals
Each winning group from the 4 different internet cafés will qualify to the Finals
The 4 groups will be divided into 2 categories
Each 2 groups will compete against each other and they will be chosen according to a draw done on location.
The groups will play 1 game; however, timing should not exceed half an hour
The group who declares victory in the 1 stcategory will compete against the winning group of the 2 ndcategory for 3 games
The group who wins 2 games out of 3, will be the declared the ORO COMMANDERS
The Score:
At the end of the period of 1 hour during the elimination period or the half hour during the semi-finals and the finals, the group having the highest score will be declared the winner.
The group having the highest score from each of the 4 internet cafés will qualify to the semi-finals.
By the end of each game the scores will be registered by the owner/representative of the network on the score sheet as well as on the Oroplanet’s website.
The owner/representative of the network and the participants will sign on the score sheet at the end of each game to keep the integrity of the game.
NB: In case of a tie in the total score, an
additional game should be played and the group who wins will be qualified
Final Event Procedure:
The location of the Semi-Finals and the Finals will be declared at a
later stage. Please check the website frequently or refer to the Internet
Café’s Owner/Representative
Game Breaks:
No breaks are allowed during the elimination period.
Miscellaneous Rules:
Use of map hack will result in a disqualification of the player in
question.
Players are not allowed to purposely stall the game longer then it should take.
Examples of this include clearly losing the game and hiding buildings merely
for the purpose of delaying defeat, clearly winning the game and not finishing
off the opponent to drag on the game. Players caught doing so will be asked to
finish off game or surrender immediately.
Except for control drivers and device settings, no commands are allowed outside
the game or in command line. Except for control drivers and device settings, no
alteration, deletion, or addition of files is permitted. All maps used must be
original and non-altered. Questions regarding setting of variables and commands
and how they relate to cheating should be brought to a tournament official
before your first match.
A Tournament Official reserves the right to disqualify and dismiss any
registered player from the tournament, at their discretion, at any stage of the
tournament, with no prior warning to the player.
Forfeits:
If any group forfeits the game, it will receive 0 points and the opposing group will be declared a winner.

NOTICE:
If you fail to abide by these rules, you will be expelled from
the tournament.
This tournament will take place on a monthly basis in
different major internet cafés all over the Lebanese territory.
This tournament will last for 12 months. At the end pf the
period, all the 12 winning groups will participate in the final event and
compete against each other until one group remains and be declared the ORO
COMMANDERS of LEBANON.
